New leaders are often promoted because of their performance but are then expected to navigate the complexities of leadership with little formal development. This program helps first-time leaders develop the confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership approaches needed to build trust, navigate challenges, unite teams, and achieve results through others.
As a leader of leaders, one of my greatest joys has been supporting first-time people leaders. Their enthusiasm, desire to help others, and commitment to making a difference are truly inspiring.
At the same time, I’ve seen firsthand that the transition from individual contributor to people leader can be both exciting and challenging. Suddenly, leaders are navigating greater responsibility, team dynamics, difficult conversations, performance feedback, competing priorities, and heightened expectations—often without feeling fully prepared for all that leadership entails.
Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations, I help emerging leaders develop the skills, confidence, and practical approaches needed to lead people well. Through coaching and training, I equip leaders to build trust, communicate effectively, persevere through challenges with emotional intelligence, and lead with clarity, purpose, and care.

In addition to the four core leadership pillars, participants will complete a Working Genius Assessment, providing valuable insight into how they naturally contribute, where they experience frustration, and how these patterns influence communication, productivity, and team dynamics.
The assessment and a 30-minute individual results debrief will be completed prior to the start of the program, allowing participants to immediately apply their insights throughout the learning experience.
By incorporating the Working Genius framework into the program, leaders gain a shared language for understanding themselves and others, strengthening collaboration, increasing engagement, and leading their teams more effectively.
Leadership isn’t reserved for executives — it’s developed through intentional growth, practical experience, and the courage to lead others well.
Whether you’re preparing future leaders or investing in your current team, this program helps build a stronger leadership bench and a foundation for lasting impact. I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss how it can support your organization’s leadership goals.
